IDK - dropping a random pallet of cash into Iran every few years seems much cheaper than a strategy of hoping that fundamentalists, who have been in an endless state of war since 10,000bc, will surrender very soon.

When did Congress even TRY to send him something (or even generally try to lobby or propose anything) with less spending?
That's where his participation and negotiation matters.
The Trump admin did submit a 2027 budget....with 2.2T in spending

If we raise the rates it will cause oil prices to drop
We should raise it 2 or 3% and we will get 3 gas again

No, the issue is we need to purge MAGA RINO's from the party and replace them with conservatives. That goes for:
Politicians (Trump, Vance, Donalds, Vivek, etc.)
Influencers/"Conservative" media (Catturd, Posobiec, Knowles, etc.)
"Republican" primary voters who keep nominating MAGA RINO's and shite candidates
This was all so avoidable. Everyone who contributed to this can go frick themselves.

I will be, thanks.
No party deserves blind loyalty. If you don't keep your word, there will be consequences. frick em
Will be voting Ossoff and Jackson
I wanted to vote for a lib for my house district because Andrew Clyde sucks dick and is a pussy, but the lady running against him is too stupid for me to be able to do it.

Based off of your economic knowledge and incurable TDS you may have suffered a stroke with irreversible brain damage

Did you ever go educate yourself on Treasury bonds and how they move independently based on buyer demand, rather than Fed rate hikes?
If not, then you should refrain from claiming you have superior economic knowledge.
While you are at it, read up on basic supply and demand since that one confused you too.

Do it. Enjoy Guvnah Bottoms. But let’s not kid ourselves, you vote Dem in every election.

This board would be content with the IRGC in power and a nuclear Iran if it meant they got to save $20 bucks each time they filled up their car.
No thanks. I’ll take the temporary price increase.
Short term minor pain long term major gain.

He says while ignoring the jobs reports, consumer spending, and GDP growth. All of which matter when the Fed is assessing whether demand is still running too hot.

Bottoms isn't winning
And no I don't. I voted for trump 3x.
He had a chance to make some real headway in term 2 and totally dropped the ball to bow down to Israel and to enrich he and his family. He's a disgrace and a traitor.

and a nuclear Iran
We were told on March 21, 2026 that we took out their nuclear capabilities. Why are we still hanging around?

I'm not discounting HIS input, mind you. You still didn't answer what I asked.
Where is the evidence that they even TRIED presenting anything else to him (or took even a general stab at coming up with anything) with lesser spending?
I haven't seen it. Have you?

So ignorant
The people in charge now are 10x more hardliners and they are way more likely to get a functional nuclear program now.
So we failed at the objective of this war and still have to eat the price increases...which wont be "short term" at all at this point.

What they present to him starts the negotiation.
But yes, neither Congress nor Trump want to spend less. That should be clear after 6 annual budget opportunities for a Trump admin.
