9 Kids Arrested in Oakland After Committing 35 Robberies

In Oakland, 9 juveniles were arrested for committing at least 35 robberies throughout the bay area. The youngest person arrested was a 12 year old. This is an example of bad parenting. How is it with all these youth crimes, the parents always act oblivious to what their kid was doing or the friends that their kid was hanging with.

Yeah, for some of these crimes. Start making the parent criminally responsible and watch the rate of youth crime decrease drastically.

These are criminal rings that employ minors. These are not just some kids acting wild. This is organized crime.

Growing up, there was an older lady in my neighborhood named Virginia. She was old school and didn't tolerate bullshite from anyone, least of all juvenile misfits. Not only was she known to taking a paddle to children who got under her skin, but their parents as well. I remember when she caught a kid trying to take her riding lawn mower for a joy ride. Not only did she beat his arse after grabbing him off but she escorted him back to his house, paddle tucked under her arm. When his mother came outside to see what was going on, Virginia got in several good whacks on her fat arse. See, she believed parents were equally responsible for the actions of their kids. Unfortunately Virginia would likely have been arrested for doing that these days.
