Car thefts are up nation wide. But, many vehicles can't be recovered because international crime rings steal vehicles in the U.S. and ship them to overseas buyers. Many of the stolen luxury vehicles end up in Mexico or Africa.

In DC a twelve year old has been arrested for 3 armed robberies. The residents of DC are saying that the criminals are getting younger and younger. Poor parenting, lake of discipline are to blame for a 12 year old committing armed robberies.

In Oakland, 9 juveniles were arrested for committing at least 35 robberies throughout the bay area. The youngest person arrested was a 12 year old. This is an example of bad parenting.
