Never heard this at any bar ever.

Now 86 an order is to just cancel the order because they are out of it.

Also the overall context of things matter. People have actually tried to kill Trump. So you have to take threats seriously.

Used to, perhaps. Now it’s more common to be used in a sense of taking an ingredient out of a dish, or when an item is completely no longer available.

In either case, “get rid of” is the context, and shouldn’t be used towards a President who has twice been the target of legitimate assassination attempts.

Comey knew that.

I suppose that would be dependant upon the quality of those prosecuting and the demographic of the jury.

Personally, I think its beyond a reasonable doubt that the former FBI Director knew exactly what the "unintended discovery" implied.

I also know Comey isn't stupid. This is one more part of the collective Marxist efforts to force Trump into prosecuting Dems so they can use it for propaganda. This is a coordinated effort. THAT is what should be investigated by the FBI.
Who, where, how, is coordinating this effort.

Title 18, Section 871-- FIVE years in jail or a fine-Or both. Being that Comey said he didn't know. He won't get anything but a USSS visit.

Comey is so arrogant he just wants attention for his novel.

But he knew what he was doing. Get attention and get popular with the democrats and if he incites one nutjob it is a win.

quote:

To kill them

The term "86" in the context of the Mafia is a slang phrase that has evolved over time. It is often associated with the idea of "86ing" someone, which means to kill them. This term is believed to have originated from a command issued by mob bosses to their soldiers, indicating that the person was to be "eight miles out of town" and "six feet under." The term has also been used in various forms of entertainment, such as in the movie "Casino," where the character Anthony Spilotro is famously "86'd" by mobsters. Despite its controversial usage, the term remains a part of the Mafia lexicon and is used to describe the act of eliminating a rival or competitor
Possibly also a charge of inciting death or harm.

But Comey will tell the USSS he is a dumb dufus and had no idear what it meant.

Only hope is a beach cam got this sick fricker placing the shells. Even then he will still claim he is stupid.

Good post. I agree with this. He's an undignified man, but politically safe. He knows this.

He wouldn’t have deleted the post and immediately posted a backtrack if he thought he was safe.

Do it anyway.

As the cops sometimes say,
"you can beat the rap but you can't beat the ride".

He may well win in the end but he should get some process that he is due.

Yes he would. Comey got the press he wanted from the initial post, a post he knew would not be forgotten or wiped clean, and then he got to actually respond to it.

This was a metered and deliberate act to drum up press and increase book sales. He knows he didn't break the law. It was undignified but savvy.

He's very wisely playing to two audiences. The liberal audience that will buy his book and the MAGA audience, that right now is giving him the press he wants.

There's a sucker born every day and two to take him.
