It's not from a lack of trying. Agreed?

Piss on them, they are just shitbirds on a message board. How about Feinstein, Klobuchar, Coons, Blumenthal, Booker, and Harris? You know there is an assload of ethics violations in that group.

Don't know. It's barely even a story. Is it even on Foxnews?

This is actually one of the bigger non stories you'll see. By definition, the panel that Roberts set up lost their jurisdiction when Kav was confirmed. The statute says a panel can investigate lower court judges (only). The process for "investigating" SCOTUS judges is right in the Constitution - impeachment.

The only question is why did they wait so long to issue this obvious ruling.

The OP is very confused.

That occurred on December 18, 2018. Not sure why your linked article thinks that is news.

The complaints against Kavanaugh were dismissed by the 8th Circuit because ethics complaints don't apply to Supreme Court Justices, not because they were considered and dismissed.

This thread is sort of a very fun fail in all regards.

Wow...and every time someone googles his name, guess what they are gonna find???

They ain't gonna find "Bat shiite crazy woman lies about SCOTUS Judge."

I know it's hard for you libturds to understand, but some value their integrity, honor, and our reputation more than any economic gain...

Well, you don't read the NYT and I don't watch Fox news. So, why did respond to my question without answering it?

Did they admit they lied or not?

It doens't matter who the frick had "jurisdiction" when the basis for said ethics complaints was a fricking lie.

I didn't say his life was ruined. I said that launched an attempt to ruin his life. They're upset that he fought back. I know you can't read, but goddamn.

The charges were "serious charges" but they were proven at the hearings not to be legitimate claims.

And I didn't say that you said it. That was the big talking point at the time that I argued against. Nobody's life was going to be ruined, whether he was confirmed or not.

I do agree that a lot of people that piled on gleefully wanted his life ruined. For them, I offer no defense whatsoever.

But the main lady with the accusations made them in writing when Kav's name was just on a long list. I think she deserves at least some credibility simply due to that.

But in any event, the OP's intent really missed the mark here. Nothing about this month-old "story" has the effect that he is claiming it has.

This is meaningless. It was a statutory decision: the panel is empowered to investigate lower-court judges. The second Kav was confirmed, he no longer fit that bill. So then by definition, the claims were not "legitimately" before that panel.
