He believes it, but there's no evidence to prove it. He FEELS it!

If someone accused you of murder, is that not a serious charge? Doesn't mean it's valid in any way.

If someone accused me of murder, then the tribunal charged with determining my guilt or innocence said "we cannot decide because he's been appointed to a position that we cannot convict of murder," only an idiot would tout that as a vindication for me.

Cryptic? No. I'm deeply skeptical of his version of the drinking culture he was part of

Even after it was delicately explained to you, you're still too daft to comprehend it. #boggle

Not just skeptical, but DEEPLY skeptical. What parts of it are you deeply skeptical about? Why are you deeply skeptical about it?

The stupid one is the OP who took this "story" (from 6 weeks ago) as somehow vindicating of Kavanaugh.

Cute. But usually you seem to pride yourself on common sense. I have no idea if he did any of the stuff he was accused of by the original accuser. But I think it's highly likely he fibbed in his testimony about all of this other stuff that wasn't worth lying about.

I've never stated this was vindication. You, however, said that since the mere charges were described as "serious" that they "have merit", which is complete nonsense. You don't have to twist my words because you don't know how to use yours.

Doesn't this outcome show that the talking point of "ruined his life" is simply silly? His life isn't even marginally ruined. He'll be on the SCOTUS, likely for the rest of his life - i.e. he has achieved his lifelong goal which 99.9% of aspirants will never achieve.

So you think that equates to what, exactly?

It seems based on that quote that the panel believed some of the charges had merit. What else would they have meant by "serious"? If you think they meant "severe", then their statement doesn't make much sense.

In your estimation, how many wealthy, connected, high-profile white males who are INNOCENT are sitting in jail right now nationwide?

Bill Clinton should be in jail. He is not innocent. He Lied. Bald-faced, kiss my arse, lied.

I think he fibbed about shite that was so obviously a fib. It equates to him being a fibber. Before that happened, I was more in his corner than I am now. As it stands, I don't really have a problem with him being on the court (again, other than the absurdity of the Yale/Harvard alumni situation, which is hardly his fault.)

The fact that these college kids falsely accused of rape were finally vindicated after years of public trials and university kangaroo courts proves the system really works!!

No harm, no foul. They just had to endure being accused of being a brutal rapist for a little while. It's not like it hurt their academic or professional careers.

Like I said, you'd have to be an idiot to think it vindicated him. Thanks for demonstrating that!

A fibber? Are you 6?

What "fibs" do you think are so detrimental to his case?

"This thread"?

You responded to me. I didn't say that. However you opened your dumb mouth and now you're trying to distract from me calling you out on it.
