The court would likely require him to amend the lawsuit to sue the correct people.

The claims against DHS/Noem require him to show that an unconstitutional policy or practice was the “moving force” for his injuries. It’s really hard to prove that.

I have no idea if he can win on the merits. People say crazy things in lawsuits.

I have no idea.
And I also have no idea how you even made it into a university or college.

Typical ambulance chaser shite but for political ends. Leftist lawyers have been looking for cases like this, but even if they win, it would just be a publicity victory. Nothing else will change, certainly not the immigration policies.

This a-hole is still going to lose his de facto slave labor.

You’re objectively a fagot - you can change this, maybe, but don’t get upset if it applies.

Here I’ll give you an example. Like most fagots, you’ve yet to address anything else that I’ve said, except calling you a fagot.

Correct, I am threatened by your success in spreading hysteria and activating assassins

He should be fined heavily if he hired illegals.

You keep saying this. It isn’t true. You prefer the Swedish study rather than the John’s Hopkins study because of your bias. Insanity.

I haven't looked into the story, but if he was hiring illegals he should be fined for each one found to be working there.

Do you have a point you neglected to mention?

He did mention it. His point is to make as many people as possible listen to this, and then shoot at people.

Is froping covered under the targeting rule? Does he have to sit out the first half of the next raid?

I would love to see the entire video. One thing I get from that video is that this may have been the first physical contact between ice and the citizen. Don’t you think if the citizen had assaulted the officer that they would already have him on the ground and in cuffs? But again, I’d love to see the whole video. Hopefully we get it.

It'll be released, and you'll never even know because the people who reported this initial story don't want the truth to come out.

If he is factual in all accounts and didn't leave out other relevant information then he probably has a case.

I put the chances of this dude who hired illegals telling the whole truth at 0% chance and I’ll still take the under.

The inside contact looks like he was trying to impede the agents progress as the car wash owner’s cheap (read slave) labor scattered.

He should be imprisoned for years if he assaulted LE officers in the line of duty. Maybe more hefty fines if he simply impeded them. In low profile cases in small towns the arse whuppin' often serves as the de facto punishment but that shouldn't be the case when political violence is involved. Those broken ribs should be lagniappe and not a consideration when totalling the bill owed.
