He left off the reporting that he was grappling with an agent before another agent took him to the ground.
He hired illegals and knew it.

Of course not. And you're not suspicious of the cuts?
I would love to see the entire video. One thing I get from that video is that this may have been the first physical contact between ice and the citizen. Don’t you think if the citizen had assaulted the officer that they would already have him on the ground and in cuffs? But again, I’d love to see the whole video. Hopefully we get it.

*calling you out for all your crazy Tylenol posts.
You can't call me out for the same because I didn't participate in those threads.
Be more clever next time.

If he was employing illegals he should go to jail.
But with such shitty journalism they don’t mention if the detained employees were illegal.
Five of them were. And I would think they will file charges against him for this as well. Why on earth would you try and stop ICE......unless you knew you had hired illegals?

Number of problems with his lawsuit. First, to sue Secretary Noem, he’d have to show an unconstitutional policy resulted in his injuries, which we know from recent SCOTUS orders that ICE can legally question suspected illegals. Second, he must sue the individual ICE agents who allegedly harmed him. There is no vicarious liability in constitutional tort law. This is nothing more than a “clickbait” headline for libs to clutch their pearls over.

Allegedly, he was not charged with assault or resisting arrest. At least according to the claim. I’m going to assume that’s true unless the attorney who filed the claim is a complete moron.

“Mr. Shouhed was released after approximately 12 hours without charges,” the claim read.

But I DID call you out for bringing Tylenol into this topic.

Please tell us why he was released “without charges”?

That is totally irrelevant to any of these issues.

Bump this thread when the federal government settles with this man

The man hasn’t even sued the right people.

I don’t know.
I just read the article that the OP linked.

Are you saying that the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement have legal authority to assault people they suspect of being in the USA illegally or employing people who are here illegally?
Or are you just saying that they have the legal authority to stop, detain, and question?

We know now. He was released without charges.

Also, ICE would not be the agency to arrest him for criminal charges. The OP has no clue and has latched onto a clickbait article and a frivolous lawsuit.
