I would even say that these self proclaimed Christians need to look in the mirror. The Bible says make sure your election and calling is sure. If they aren't being convicted to leave the Democratic Party they need to do some soul searching and find out whether they truly are Christians.

Yah the polls that are fake are likely oversampling whites from suburbs and not reaching whites from exurbs. That’s a 20% swing caused by laziness and bias from the pollsters.

Trump got 81% of the white evangelical vote four years ago. So this is either the same, or a slight decrease.

So explain me something. Everything is showing that the Prez is polling higher in every category from the 2016 election yet almost all of the polls still have him losing. Odd ain't it?

I think it's that there's a difference between "support" and "vote for." For some strange reason, people can support Trump but not vote for him. For instance, Trump has something like 20-30% black support, but he'd be lucky to crack 10 percent of the actual black vote on Election Day.

This. He says in one paragraph that Trump's numbers are up about 9% over 2016 numbers then in the next paragraph he says Trump is losing ground with some Christians but not all.

WTF. Read that again slowly folks. My sixth grade teacher would give him an F for content the way he stated that.

You would be surprised. I’m a white, Evangelical staunch Trump supporter, but I know several that won’t vote for him because of his character flaws.

Yet I bet they overlook Biden's character flaws....as well as their own...But still claim to be "Evangelicals"
.....Something about throwing the first "rock"....talk the talk but not walk the walk...remove the "beam" from your eye......Low IQ and hypocrites.

The things that concern these so called evangelicals about Trumps character are no where near the same stratosphere as abortion and gay marriage( let not man change what God has ordained.) to God. Not saying that God approves of Trump's behavior all the time but, he doesn't stand for murdering innocent babies. Also, look at all the broken people that God used through out history. Some way worse then Trump.

No doubt this is true but might be understated. I’m among them and know many like me. We were not fans of his character and thought he would not govern to the right. We were dead wrong on the second point. That combined with the craziness of the left has us excited about voting for him this time.

I really do believe that God has put Trump here for these times. Even his brash personality Actually helps him to withstand the enemy's attacks. Make no mistake God is the one that raises kings and queens to suit his purposes. Trump is perfect for these times. Anyone else would have been toast by now. I think that fact should gives Christians more confidence in supporting him.

It's not contradictory. Trump is up 9 percent among white evangelicals. But he's lost support among non-white or non-evangelical Christians.

The remaining 21% are fake Christians.
