There are several Epstein files threads up and running currently. I'm participating in at least two of them myself. Maybe you should find one of those threads and comment in them? This thread is about something different from that.

So far this document dump seems more interesting than the previous ones. There are documents in here about "metallic glass" and other metamaterials, programmable matter, warp drives, negative mass propulsion, etc. Interesting stuff to see coming from the Government.

I wonder why they decided to call these batches of information 'tranches'. Generally not used normal conversation, and it often refers to money.

This document is in the files. 
It comes from a Defense Intelligence Reference Document (DIRD) titled Traversable Wormholes, Stargates, and Negative Energy (also referenced as DOW-UAP-D139 or DIA-08-1004-004). There is some interesting stuff in this one. Nothing concrete on UFOs still, but some interesting stuff nonetheless.

The value of everything that has been released is nominal at best for those that already “believe” in the phenomena. Many (some) of the more compelling information and videos have already been leaked through 3rd party media (often times with more meta data).
The only thing these releases are doing (speculation) is attempting to inform the ignorant masses that the phenomena is real.
There is so much obfuscation and oddity with the phenomena that it makes it really hard to nail down what it actually is. Whatever it is seems that there is a connection to consciousness and the quantum angle.
Our reality is not what we believe it is.

This is a key point. The government or I guess the US military has come out and stated exactly this. These things are real. Meaning, as I understand it, they’re not fake images or videos , false echoes on radar and they aren’t top secret military projects that even the army doesn’t know about. So basically what they’re saying is these things that are being watched in real time and recorded are actually there, specifically in regards to what the US Navy has been encountering like with the USS Nimitz encounter.
So if I’m in charge of protecting our land , air and sea , and I see an unknown vehicle entering our space as it wants, does what it wants and then leaves, that’s gonna be super concerning to me if my job is to ensure things like that don’t happen.
And yet, apparently that’s exactly what has been taking place for decades. And we are no closer to understanding or naming what these things are and where they come from.

I don’t disagree necessarily but that is assuming that we can even definitively state these are “nuts and bolts” vehicles.
