I'd like to see the actual data being cited here.
if this claim is accurate (which I doubt), it is probably skewed significantly by teachers.

Just estimating but 99%. Same with state and local governments.

And they wonder why govt efficiency is zero.

So no actual data on the real numbers (non-federal government employees).
Got it.

They are all over tik tok bragging about their worthless degrees as if it means anything.

I’ve worked with 7 fed agencies and 4 of those had a noticeable cultural makeup.
I would not be surprised at all if that number was darn close.

Your rebuttal to the data he posted is “nuh uh”.
You automatically lose.

Teachers are government employees, so that would not be "skewed"
I have no idea if this information if accurate, but it wouldn't surprise me at all based on real-world observations.
I don't think anyone would argue they are significantly over-represented in government based on their percentage of the population.

Visit any municipal building in the South and it's much higher than 65%.
They are not saying that 65% of the workers are black women with degrees; they are saying that 65% of black women with degrees work for the government.
This goes a long way in explaining two things:
1. Why such a high percentage of black women vote Democrat, and
2. Why Democrats hold an edge among college educated folks.

Also does he mean the federal government or just any government job? Do teachers in public school count? Do nurses at county hospitals count?
Any government employee. Federal, state, local, public school teacher, public hospital nurse, etc.

I bet 30 of the remaining 35% work for gov contractors. Or "minority own" them.

But I suspect that "65% of all female, Black college grads" is a statistic that someone pulled out of his own arse. That little Tweet certainly does not provide a source to support the claim.
Logically, thanks to affirmative action, a Black woman with a college degree can pretty much write her own ticket in the private sector. It strains credulity to assert that 65% of them would take a lower-paying government job.

Black females make up almost 12 percent of the federal workforce. Over represented by 2x roughly.

They will deny the evidence even though it's all around them.

Clerks at the DMV do not need (or generally have) a college degree.

Plenty of college graduates have jobs that don't require degrees.
There are a lot of "clerk" type jobs in government where people with shitty degrees find a home.

That’s why you got to change how people get fired for not doing their jobs.
