They send ballots in the mail with ballot in big letters on the envelope. Usually with all your other political mail so everyone knows who you are voting for.

There were several precincts in various swing states during the 2020 GE that exceeded 95% of registered voters casting a ballot.....unprecedented voter participation, hasn't happened since.......hmmmm?

There’s no way she xeroxed that many ballots in a short amount of time and then hand fed them into counters.. That’s an operation that takes hours while someone else turns their head.
Edit: just a quick bit of math, a machine capable of printing 120 pages per minute would take nearly 9 hours to complete the task and that doesn’t account for paper and toner refills.

One, she is the elections director, she would not have to worry about turning heads, she is in charge.

It's not like they couldn't have pre-Xeroxed a massive batch or used more than on copier.
