5th Amendment Fauci; Will Any State Step Up Now & File Charges? Florida? Louisiana?

Since Fauci's pardon does not apply at the state level, should we expect to see some state, perhaps Florida, filing charges now?
I hope so, but I don't have a feel for whether that's the next step in the gameplan or not. As usual when it comes to politics, I'm not even sure that they have a gameplan.
The scumbag needs to face consequences for all of his lies and deception, though. Fauci's private remarks and behavior were often the polar opposite of what he was saying publicly.
PS - They need to subpoena Dr. Birx. She has admitted that she didn't really agree with much of the way Fauci handled the Covid fiasco.

The interesting thing would be if he’s indicted at a state level, he technically should be afforded counsel paid for by the Feds as his conduct was during his time as a federal official.
But Trump could read the political winds and instruct DOJ not to defend him which would get kicked into the courts, I’m sure.

What charges will you file? I would love to see it happen but they have to be prosecutable and with consideration of his "blanket pardon" from Biden else they're not going to file any.

She told the American people one Thanksgiving that they wouldn’t be able to have a normal holiday gathering with family and friends.

Wouldn't Fauci had to have committed crimes in those states for them to file? I don't think that a Louisiana AG can file charges on something that happened in DC, Maryland, or northern Va.

If people in any state died as a result of his criminal activity, that state can most certainly file charges against the wee little man.
