if you are being entirely honest about your service and disabilities to the VA, then why are you so upset that i believe that there are many, many scammers out there? can you answer that?
or do you honestly believe that there is no fraud at all and that someone just by default of being a vet is entirely honest with their VA claims?
can you answer those questiosn for me?

Sorry to hear that you had to fight for your tinnitus claim. I'm not sure why you had to fight it because there is a list that where 13F and the other MOS's that you listed are considered presumptive for tinnitus and hearing loss. Then again its the VA so why ask why.

Perfect response. Let's get rid of the pension program for Vets and bring back the draft so that the people's kids in this thread that never served get to do die in a bullshite war for the elites. I am ok with that. I will happily give up my VA benefits for that.

i was in Afghanistan with a truck company runnign convoys, there are plenty wrench turners and truck drivers out there with pretty severe problems from IEDs, IDF, and even some firefights. not to mention non-kinetic incidents too like vehicle rollovers and collisions. i wouldnt write anyone off by default just bc they were mechanics or drivers

No one said there aren’t some fraudulent claims. The issue is it’s impossible to address that without changing the criteria for disability ratings that will inevitably lead to diminished benefits for all.
The VFW and DVA have already strongly condemned the proposed changes to tinnitus and sleep apnea the party of pro military snuck in for this reason.

How are they fooling VA doctors that they have an injury that doesn't exist?
How are all these PTSD fakers able to fool psychiatric personnel?
Just because an individual does not show a disability, does not mean that the VA did give that service member a rating thru their system.

A lot of downvotes in this thread because you can't say anything critical of the military. I know a guy who never got deployed who actually openly admitted he was trying to get disability so he could hunt handicap trails on WMAs and NWRs. He ended up getting it, too. He can walk, run, talk, hear, see, do any kind of physical work that he needs to.
Granted, they aren't robbing taxpayers to the extent that bum arse welfare people are, but fraud is fraud.

Wow. Amazing. That’s the most credible source I think I have ever heard. It’s a complete impossibility that CH has no vetting process and definitely doesn’t offer compensation to “veterans” if they make claims of a 100% rating so he can keep his niche ragebait grift going.

You’ve identified a major flaw in their argument. They’re under the assumption that the VA works for veterans and therefore will push them through using an intentional misdiagnosis.

Because your disability doesn't have to be physical movement. It can be digestive system related, headaches, sleep apnea, insomnia, breathing problems, tinnitus or hearing loss. Do you attend all of their doctors appointments with them as well?

I'm sorry to hear you have dishonest friends that would lie to the VA. But if I'm not mistaken he would only need a 10% rating. Tinnitus will give him that and most service members that have been to the range a few have some ringing.
