IOW Trump's Mar A Lago trips correspond to a 0.002% fee. For the Aggies in the audience, that's 2¢ for every $100,000.00 gained in the market.

2 points her 1- Trump still gets more work done on weekend in Mar A Lago than most get done in a week at their "office"
#2 - most his weekend trips are due to maintenance and upgrades that Obama kept putting off.

The money came from Millennium Challenge Corporation which was established by the Republican Congress in 2004 to establish foreign aid to developing countries as an independent agency separate from the State Department.
The MMC gives development aid in the form of grants to poor countries that adopt economic and political reforms. The countries have to apply for the aid based on certain established criteria.
