Our national defense will be just fine if we scale back the military

And how do you propose to accomplish this? Be specific.

Cut out a bunch of the pork, stop making tanks and other equipment that we don't need purely because it's in congressional districts, reduce the amount of aircraft carriers, pull out of a ton of foreign bases, stop getting ourselves involved in the middle east, curtail if not fully end military lobbying (as well as most lobbying), and put extreme measures in place to deal with politicians receiving kickbacks from lobbying efforts, ect.

There is no reason we should be the world's policemen and women, and if that stays the status quo, CHARGE THEM FOR IT. We get to watch all these countries cower under our protection while also bitching at us, so there needs to be a put up or shut up.

If you believe that Obama only had 92 (golf outings in three years), you are a fool.
I suppose he was midnight golfing at undisclosed locations?

So you obviously don’t care for national defense.

Tell me, where should we spend our money?

The bulk of our military spending has nothing to do with defense, if anything it preps is for offense. We don’t need to police the world and get dragged (or drag ourselves) into constant military conflicts. Our working nuclear arsenal and oceans on two sides is our defense, everything else is gravy on top.

I need to know where our spending should go if not to our defense.

And what is your plan when Iran/China/Russia controls a large portion of the world’s oil, or maybe when Iran/China/Russia decide to eliminate any country that may side with the US in another world conflict?

On his scorecard, at least.

This is a pretty great analog for the lies you tell yourself daily.

Imagine being able to convince yourself that Obama was anywhere near the golfer Trump was...
