You should see some of the resumes I would get from Jackson State....they would have MBA's and literally would have grammatical errors all over the resume....and be applying for entry level clerk jobs. It is unbelievable. They must have given them their undergrad and graduate degrees.

I had a friend who was an Army recruiter and the part of his area included Norfolk State. He completely stopped going there because he couldn't get them to pass the ASVAB. He was having better luck with the Virginia Beach High Schools

This really says it all. Can you imagine it being culturally acceptable in any other group to choose not to work for years
The only other group I can think of where that is tolerated, is limousine liberals who encourage their children to study underwater basket weaving. Their political alliance makes more sense to me now.

Because they suck
I mean that in the nicest way possible. As a group every other category of employee you can think of is better. I would rather hire a 17 year old white girl then a 24-year-old black girl with a degree from Southern

I will say that I had a great experience with a USPS sista, Thursday. She was great. Knew what she was doing and professional. Definitely a Unicorn.

The U.S. Postal Office, has been long rated as one of the worst governmental agencies when it comes to efficiency & productivity. And its union, one of the biggest & most "powerful' Federal unions in the country is compromised of almost zero "diversity".
