even if she had made the turn without the officer firing a shot, that does not automatically mean the danger has passed. There are plenty of similar scenario videos out there that show idiots like this put the car in reverse and attempt to back over someone. Law enforcement, military, pilots and pretty much anyone else that operates in these types of high risk environments is not trained to "think", they are trained to react because thinking is what gets you killed.

Well these types have a "special" law book written by shithouse lawyers.
