So you’re telling me that as a liberal you’re upset that the top 10% of wage earners are going to have extra taxes?

This is nothing we didn’t already know. It’s been in the headlines for weeks that Rich people in high-tax states we’re going to have additional taxes.

30 million LIBERALS you mean. The dumbfricks that live in Blue states and vote for tax and spend Democrats will find that they cannot deduct their state income tax from their Federal return... so yeah, Dems be f*cked!

So how will they punish Trump... oh yeah, by continuing to vote for the same tax and spend Democrats. Genius!!

You can simply use the IRS tax calculator and look to your pay stub to reference if you are on schedule or not.

It's not that fricking difficult.

That would mean dimwits like himself would actually have to get off his azz and do the work himself. You can't ask a lib to do that. As with most libs, he is supposed to get the benefit of you doing the work for him.

Interesting. My CPA assured me my taxes would be lower next year. I might be able to afford to pay them now. Have a down vote.

Perhaps if we pared down the welfare state and other social programs which are the bulk of our federal budget, people wouldn't need to pay so much of their hard earned money in taxes.
Thank goodness Trump is ending those programs, as have all Republican Presidents before him.

There is a bunch of misdirected anger. The facts:

1) The IRS and Treasury screwed up.
2) The tax cuts weren’t the cause for the screw up.
3) 30 million people is 21% of US tax payers. So 1 in 5 are going to either see a smaller than expected return or have to write a check.

It’s reasonable to expect the government to at least be able to do math. When they fail at simple math, we should direct our anger at the government.

Withholding of income taxes by employers should be abolished!

Make people pay their taxes every quarter. Let people really feel the pain of the tax burden and real change will happen.

I actually think we should be required to pay our taxes monthly, like all of our other bills. It would allow tax payers to get a real sense of how much they are paying to the government, based on what they pay for mortgage, car notes, mobile phones, etc.

Yet Democrats want to put the very government they should be mad at for screwing up simple math fully in charge of their healthcare LOL.

Bottom line- We will pay the same amount of taxes whether we pay during the year, or at the end of the year. We just need to re-adjust our withholding so we have more withheld each paycheck.

Week 1 thru Week 52 $25.00 a paycheck
End of year $850.00

OR

Week 1 thru Week 52 $50.00 a paycheck
End of year $500.00
