Right, leaning legal people standing on the wording and the precedent of law.

Left cleaning, legal people, twisting shite like a pretzel.

Should be about five-year-old level.

Wait for a lawyer. I have to turn it off and get a cup of coffee.

Yes. Female obama judge is on a mission. Within 2 minutes of the gov attorney talking she interrupts.

She asks questions and then will not allow him to answer in full.

Thanks.
What a mess. I believe the judge is changing the original ruling by the first Judge to state that it's all about whether they are a part of the gang or not right?

ICE has all this already,no?

we have documentation about they crimes they committed in thier homeland as well as here

how in the hell they are allowed to be roaming our streets is scary...

Yes, I agree, make sure you have not just judged by a book's cover, but dang, how many times has Trump said these countries just opened their prisons into our country

you think that's made up BS? I do not!

Neither does Homan

get them out!

These judges… who gives a frick if they are in a gang or not. They are illegals. They are all criminals, honest people don’t climb their neighbors fence, help themselves into their house and start squatting in it

Get them all out, anyone who doesn’t self deport can’t complain about if they end up in a super max

I think the issue is, without the AEA, we'll be forced to give them asylum hearing where judges just like these will simply release them back into the country.

Sounds like this ruling by the first judge is a load of crap but I honestly am ignorant of how it all went down. I tend to believe that Trump would not authorize innocent people to be deported and that those that have been deported were properly checked out. This is my opinion.

Lol... wait.. did the ACLU attorney say that a TRO is not be appealed.

I am not able to listen, but yes - that is correct. TROs are not appealable. But the govt is claiming this is really a preliminary injunction, which is appealable. And/or that national security demands review of the lower court's order.

The asylum nonsense needs to end.

Them living in a shithole because of their shithole culture does not = asylum. Hell, my office hired a Ukrainian man whose in his 30s and that drives me up the wall. What kind of man isn’t on the frontline when their home gets invaded? I’m sure this frick is going to vote for us to go fight his war for him if they give him citizenship

And if that were the case, you would see much greater assimilation numbers -
I.e Cubans are on the whole great Americans

Instead we have a bunch of Jackasses who can’t even be bothered to learn the language of the country they snuck into

Asylum is not abdicating duty to your prior country, it’s for those being politically persecuted by their country

The deportees are entitled to due process. It’s too bad you don’t respect the law. We don’t know that all of these people had anything to do with a gang.

They’re in the country illegally to start with….so there’s that. Not to mention your blue state comrades are quick to turn the loose without bail.
