Deborah Ramirez, a Yale University classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, is refusing to talk to the Senate Judiciary Committee about her decades-old accusation against Kavanaugh, a GOP lawmaker said Tuesday.

Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., who sits on the committee, said a lawyer for Ramirez told committee staff she would not speak to them about her allegation that Kavanaugh flashed his naked groin in her face during an alcohol-laden party their freshman year. Ramirez made the accusation in a blockbuster Sunday night New Yorker story.

“Our counsel repeatedly tried to reach him,” Kennedy said of Ramirez's lawyer. “They finally did reach him, and he said we are not issuing a statement. He said if you want our statement, read the New Yorker.”

Wow, so they got nothing.

I will bet someone flashed a dildo and she is making up a real penis was flashed. Such complete and utter nonsense.

Newsflash, buddy! All crimes of a sexual nature are to tried in the manner of Title IX, not under the archaic, patriarchal, misogynistic, oppressive, and regressive system of American law.

When Ford no shows that's the end of this mess. At that point Kavanaugh needs to be confirmed.

Then these GOP Senators need to understand what they have been through and that the days of business as usual and Casper Milquetoast tactics are over. Those bastards and bitches across the aisle are not your colleagues they are the enemy, because that is how they see you.

Allegations allegations allegations! We live in a world ruled by allegations.

I hope every one of those scumbags that "made" allegations but refuse to testify under oath end up in jail.

IF, Kavanaugh does not get confirmed for the Supreme Court over these allegations how can he continue to be a Judge on the Circuit Court? These people are ruining this man's life.

I WANNA TELL MY STOOORY! I’M A VICTIM! IT HAUNTS ME! REEEEEEEE

Committee: Ok, come tell it under oath.

Under oath?

Committee: yes.

Uhhh. I gotta feed my neighbors’ pets that week or something. Sorry.

Once he's confirmed, the Senate should investigate the allegations. This is a coordinated attack on a judicial nominee. I'm guessing Kav files a defamation suit as well.

The fact that these women both are avoiding testifying under oath on the accusations says all that needs to be said

They are giving the women the opportunities to tell their stories but both are avoiding it for obvious reasons.

That and the fact that both these accusations (decades old) coming literally just before a vote is about to be done with witnesses who cannot collaborate any of the stories told from the accusers, this is ridiculous

Where were these gals all these years Kavanaugh was sworn into all these other positions in the courts?
