Looks like we are intent on voting our way into communism.

Best of luck to us all in later trying to vote our way out of communism.

I think these examples from far-Left areas create the perfect foil the mainstream DEMs to realize they have to push back to the middle.

Although it would be wild to have 4 parties at the final stage of this irrational polarity we're experiencing.

On the left you have socialists masquerading as social dems.

What is opposite gaining seats on the right? Are there social fascists being elected? Is there a legit social fascist party? I hope so because one will eventually be needed to take out the socialist trash.

Don’t disagree except whoever these mainstream Dems all are, they’d better gain and exercise a strong united voice soon because it’s getting away from them faster than one can blink an eye.

Cold War generations will tell you from experience… you never give them an inch. Not one inch. Communists never give up their bullshite (and dangerous) philosophy.

The populist-socialists aren't really hiding anymore. They've even been explicit that they're using the DEMs out in the open.

And let's not pretend there isn't a populist movement on the right going on, using the GOP in the same way.

.....and Nicolas Maduro was a bus driver. Thankfully he now resides in a cell at one of our finer federal prisons.

Interestingly enough President Trump indicated we need to bring back insane asylums. I agree.

Most of us know this isn't going to get better peacefully. It's going to get worse before it gets better.

I agree and I think now that actual skins are on the wall of the DSA they will have to realize that, or they're fricked.

It's one thing where you have the DSA acting within the larger DEM framework, but they've declared war on the DEMs now and have been open about it. It's not even that the DSA can take over the DEM party; it's that the DSA can steal enough seats from the DEMs to prevent the actual DEM party from ever having a chance at majority rule.

It will just always baffle me that “traditional” Democrats actually believed the Socialists would be content to always work within the parameters and mainly be “good Democrats”.

It’s as if not a one of them ever bothered to read a history book.

I’m not sure if it was traditional Dem ignorance or arrogance to believe the more radical elements could be “managed”.

You have the same thing with MAGA finally taking out a decent number of GOP pols, although I don't imagine Letlow is as much of a threat as a DSA acolyte. She's most likely going to be DEM-lite in a few years (and there won't be a Trump to rally the NPCs to take her out at that time)

The DSA don't have nearly enough to win a "war", but they have enough to make the DEMs lose any shot at a majority.
