I noticed that too. Don’t like it either. That said, there are about equal numbers of Rs and Independents registered in LA.

For one, Rispone is a terrible candidate and that's been shown.

Second, Rispone is going to put a wall around New Orleans from the rest of the state and that effects the nearby parish and New Orleans area.
