She can't get around the fact she denied any unmasking and claimed she knew nothing about it.
Now she admits to the unmasking, but it's normal to do in her position.
Why did she feel compelled to lie about her involvement? By the way I am guessing the interviewer didn't ask her about the flip flopping???

Wrong. He stated that Trump and staff were surveiled, that these reports had US citizens unmasked, the reports were widely disseminated, they had no apparent evidentiary value and had no relation to Russia. Rice absolutely knew about it because she was responsible for making all the requests for unmasking Trump and his team.
You can't spin this.
Rice made her remarks that evening AFTER Nunes' press conference in which he said the following.....
