I received the tickets at the hotel yesterday. Two rfid cards with printed instructions on how to use them, exact seats and a contact for any questions. He included a self addressed stamped envelop for the return as well.

Smaller, regional banks are likely your best option. Typically, cash out LTV's are lower than a purchase LTV. Not too many banks will go 80% with a cash out component. I use the 1/2" PVC hoops, and used the pre cut 8' lengths. The galvanized clamps will bend if you hit them with the lawn mower though. I just used wood screws into the side of the raised bed.
I had a lot of trouble finding small orders of shade cloth to use as cover. I ended up using the old nett...
