So if he declares, and affirms all their Inclusivity requirements, and is refused......it cant be because of skill, and CERTAINLY not because of his sex..
I see a huge lawsuit brewing for discrimination, the wnba doesnt have a lot of cash, but big brother the nba certainly does. This man is about to make more bank than he made in an 11 year nba career.
A conservative judge will say he is right according to the law. A liberal judge will be forced to admit men have no place in womens sports.
This is gonna be fun.
Oh wait, wait, he is muslim so you are going to discriminate on him for religious beliefs as well.
