Yes I know he was born with moyamoya disease. It may not manifest itself until later in life but it has a genetic component. You don’t “catch” the disease and it’s not related to lifestyle.
Your link says that moyamoya disease is associated with vaccines? You might want to check that. There are only like 5,000 cases diagnosed a year in the US.

Adults who exhibit moyamoya have a 10% mortality rate; children survive better with only a bit less than 5% dying.

Read up on Moyamoya Disease. That's pretty scary. Any condition that interferes with neuro and vascular systems is scary. Condition seems to be genetic. Don't like genetic conditions. Makes it even scarier for parents that may pass these kinds of life threatening conditions to their kids. Sad, scary stuff.
