If you decide to try the ADHD route I can email you the name of my NP. She’s awesome and I never have to wait long on my 3 month visit. May not work for you if you’re still in LC.

Where is he getting his numbers from? From the UK statistics office, there were 48,611 deaths in England, Wales and Elsewhere, which doesn't include Scotland or NI, in May of this year. There were 37,866 deaths in the same geographic region in May of 2021, 52,663 in May of 2020, and 44,389 in May of 2019. If we use the last three year totals as a baseline for excess mortality (though we shouldn't), that represents an 8% increase. The amount of deaths in July 2020 was 40,778 and July 2021 was 43,380, while for 2022, the July totals were 44,790. That's only a 3% increase.
Excess mortality is long-term calculation, where n should equal the amount of years for which the UK stats office has data. The UK averaged around 612,365 deaths from 1900 to 2021. In the last 3 years, they had 604,707 deaths in 2019, 688,086 deaths in 2020, and 666,491 deaths in 2021, which averages out to 653095 deaths for the last 3 years. The UK averaged around 643,115 deaths per year from 1958-2003, with each year having more than 600k deaths, while the population only grew by less than 10 million. Those are some amazingly consistent figures despite relatively limited population growth.
If we take the averages from the last three years and compare them to the averages from the 45 year period referenced earlier and to the overall historical death figures for the years of 1900-2021, we see that the excess death rate would be 6.6% higher (so 7%, though he suggested that 7% increase for May and June specifically), while it would be 1.5% higher than the average death rate during the years 1958-2003.
If we want to take just the last two years, the average death for 2020-2021 would be 677288, which is 5% higher than the death rate for the 45-year period (which is really a remarkable stat in terms of demographics) and 10% higher than the death rate for the entire century.
I'm not seeing the same numbers as he is, unless he is working with some combined dataset, and even then, the same trend of relatively high deaths rates with a period of lowering total deaths and then a slow climb back to historical baselines was seen in the Scottish data as well, which I looked at because Berenson quoted the excess death number without actually looking at the historical trend. I really don't want to watch the video, as I am pooping and typing on my phone, and don't want to ruin my algorithm. I'll maybe watch it later tonight.
ETA: Sorry, I saw this was related to all of Europe. I'm even more interested right now, because I don't know if EU stats office has published death totals from the last 4 years, as several countries have not reported their total deaths, although I could check individual countries to fill in the data. That's an immense amount of work though.

I tried to get my Dr. to write a prescription for amphetamine for weight loss. Just for a month or two. I had been working my arse off trying to lose weight. Counting every calorie on a phone app. Lifting weights and riding my bike. I got to a plateau at 220 (from 288), and could not push through it. I was at 1200 calories a day for many months. The last month, I was averaging 800 calories per day, not subtracting the exercise. For the last couple of weeks, I had a number of days where I was negative for calories when the exercise was subtracted, and I could not get through it. The Phen Phen was not helping much. I always had good results with amphetamines for weight loss and know it would have taken me through the plateau. I should be at 180 and would have made it with a little help. At least he did not get on my case about getting the covid vaccine.
Unless you're defying the laws of physics I think your calorie counting might be ... off.

It has been an interesting journey watching Dr. John navigate through the early days of the pandemic to where he is now.
The move into the pro-vax narrative and then to the pro-boost narrative to the release of the Pfizer papers and the slow realization of what is actually going on. Now as he navigates the excess mortality without stepping on the youtube censoring landmines all around him.
He has remained a voice of calm and rationality each day while the rest of the world has been tearing itself apart with ignorance.
It really has been incredible to watch him wake up in real time from where he was in the beginning to where he is at now.

Nice this Dr Campbell is looking at real data but he's a few months behind. The insurance companies have known about increased deaths in otherwise healthy people for the past year.....actuarial data is generally pretty reliable.

From the notes under his video -
ONS.GOV.UK
ONS.GOV.UK
EC.EUROPA.EU
There are other links under the video as well as the supporting data from the links. It's a 14 minute video. If you have time to post, you have time to watch this.

I crosschecked a number of the calorie counts when I first started using the app, and I found them to be very accurate (at least according to data I could find from other sources). Same thing for the exercise calories. I'm an engineer and I am really good at this number/data thing. It does not make sense, but that is what happened. It was very discouraging.

I completely agree. I really appreciate that he is using government data.

17...17 is the number that both sides are wanting to lay claim.

If you watch the last half of this video, he details how he has now been warned by YouTube about vaccine misinformation.
He basically stepped back from where he's been heading to say he is not contradicting the information provided by the CDC, NHS in UK and the WHO.
Guy has been great throughout pandemic but he's now at risk of disappearing because of the truth.
He will need to move to Rumble if he wants to keep telling the truth.

Thanks. I am in Kansas and my Dr. is in the KC metro area. I only see him once each year, but am due now. I will talk to him again. Thanks for your recommendations.

You sound like you’re trying to lose weight but trying to lose it in a very unhealthy manner. You are cutting your caloric intake way too low.
You need to eat lean, graze in the day, eat high protein, complex carbs, Omega 3 fatty acids, stay hydrated, and exercise. You should aim to run a 500 calorie deficit per day and increase your calorie burn through exercise as mentioned. You plateau because your body goes into starvation mode and slows your metabolism down in an effort to keep you alive…sure you can lose weight doing it your way but when you resume eating, you’ll have an underperforming metabolism due to losing lean body mass from your calorie cut and that means you probably add more fat than before.
Those amphetamines are a crutch and are fleeting. Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is a healthy body. Read up on healthier fat loss methods, not “weight loss”. It’s like being the Captain of a sinking boat because the weight is too much. To get the weight down, instead of getting rid of the water, you chuck the passengers overboard. Sure, you lose weight to keep the ship afloat but how you do it matters.

What was it during the pandemic? I remember reading that it was low, even with the pandemic deaths. It stands to reason it would be higher after the lockdowns end.
But, oh yeah, that doesn’t support your narrative.
Speaking of narrative support.. stick to chugging cocks bitch.

Check out the data he posted under the video. It is frightening. Iceland is over 55%, and the numbers are rising. I suspect we are only a few months away from seeing HR managers getting capped on their way to their cars after work after using Stalinist tactics with their vaccine mandates. Fauchi better have a bunker to run to.

Most weren't real Doctors & likely not even employed in the medical field. Paid bad actors shilling for the overlords.
