I thought they don't show minors that get arrested. Maybe only applies to darker complexion people.

Excellent point....we see news reports daily of 14-17 year olds carjacking folks and doing other criminal shite. But as far as I recall, I haven't seen videos or still photos of them being led out of a car/into a facility.
