To be honest I really don’t see the benefit of removing them from this country only to have them come back in illegally… Again… And commit another heinous crime. I’d much rather see them rot in a prison cell in the United States for the next 25 to 30 years.

Montgomery County, despite all its objections and protestations to the use of the term "sanctuary" is, in fact, a sanctuary jurisdiction. They don't honor detainers without a judicial warrant, among a whole host of other things.

Man I hate stupid stories like this. It’s awful what happened but this is as bad as the pieces showing the kids alone at the border as far as partisanship goes.

There is an easy solution to this problem. First cut all federal funding to these sanctuary cities and counties. Second if someone is here illegally and they commit a serious crime like murder or raping a child then they automatically are taken into federal custody and given the death penalty. They will be given 1 year to appeal the decision and that is all.

2. We have STILL seen no evidence that this county will NOT honor the detainers, as alleged in the OP. When/if that happens, there may well exist a valid discussion re these suspects.
