There's a reason Ghilsane Maxwell is in jail for sex trafficking underaged kids, but a full court press has been maintained to shelter those to whom she trafficked those children.

I work in the LEO technology business. I have a client that works child porn cases and works closely with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. NCMEC has tracking software that monitors the dark web and they can track people that are downloading. The amount of traffic on these dark web sites would boggle the mind.
