His first 100 days have been pretty good. I know you're talking about the economy, but anyone paying attention knew a recession was coming regardless of who won in November. Read up on the "inverted yield curve" as a predictor of recessions to find out why.

So why would you cite a lagging number about a current/future situation as demand grew and supply shrunk?

That is something that happened and was contrary to what people were projecting months ago. It is a statement that these projections you see getting tossed around in the media are shite. Lots of fear mongering going on. I’ve seen a lot of instances of it just today.

So on the news of the first quarter contraction there was an early morning selloff, but by the close the market was up 146 points.

This is the worst recession ever.

imo trump can do whatever the frick he wants for his first 365 days in office and i'm more than happy to accept the swings in the interim because unlike the Biden cartel, he's pruning and shaping the tree and even if i don't agree with everything he's doing, i think the economy is going to be going gangbusters by the end of 2025.

Yup. They can frick off with this shite 3.5 months into his term, after the bullshite they pulled the last four fricking years.

Most of the time models are poorly explained by the media. Which predictions are you talking about and what model was used? We're results completely outside of expected results or just unlikely in the model?

Many of the jobs created in Biden's time were government jobs that did nothing of value or worse.

Oh dude... You can tell over the last couple weeks, the MSM got their Deep State/DNC marching orders and every waking second of coverage, headlines etc. is what a "disaster" Trump's first 100 days has been.

The establishment and globalists are desperate as frick and going for broke.

I was stuck the last few days with family that watch MSNBC and mainstream network news. It was incredible to watch, knowing exactly what is going on. These lying frickers have no shame.

GDP is at least a partially lagging indicator. Are you conflating Market Performance, which typically precedes GDP delta, with GDP?
