Request for Religion Board

Over on the Political Board I've noticed a growing number of threads that have nothing to do with politics, and instead discuss various aspects of religious beliefs (what does the Christian religion say about X, why do atheists believe Y, etc.)
I have nothing against any such discussions. However, it gets hard to sort through those threads, to find the ones of importance to me (i.e., the latest "Sarah Palin is a complete moron" post, so I can set them straight about the future POTUS).
Therefore, I request the Wise and All-Powerful Chicken to consider adding a Religion Board, so those topics may still be discussed, yet in a separate forum to do so.

Umm, you are not the 1st to ask for a religion board here. I have and bullethead88 has as well. I am with you though. We could have some great topics/debates and it would keep all the religion off the poliboard for others who do not debate/discuss religion. We would need rules though. religion only.

It would have to be more of a spirituality board. But then you'd alienate the atheists who think we all just pop in and out of existence. And so much of politics is tied to religion.

technically there are a few boards now we could do without. But that is Chicken's choice not mine as he runs the show here. We have some great boards here and some not so great already as it is. Plenty could be put on the OT or MSB, but again not my call. Ultimately it is up to the owner of this site.

No religion board. That would be the place for a lot of bannings/anchors/whacks for admins and I could see no good coming out of a religion board.

Agreed. I'd rather have a sore on my dick than discuss religion. Politics too for that matter.
