For that much money for an upper I'd check Larue; they offer a 12" barrel.

I’ve always had good luck with BCM uppers but they are usually a bit more than PSA. As far as lower parts kits go, most from any of the name brand manufacturers will be good to go. DD, BCM, aero etc will work fine.

I was about to pull the trigger on a PSA 11.5" Feb 5th and have a screenshot of my cart: 11.5" w/ 10.5" M-lok w/o BCG or CH $189.99
