It looks like a 17. Honestly, the chances of you getting car jacked by one person is slim much less 6 people. If you can't thwart off 6 guys with 17 rounds from a pistol you have bigger problems than your carjackers.

All you should need for a personal defense gun in your vehicle is a good 15-17 round semi auto pistol with an extra mag. Anything else is overkill.

carjackings notwithstanding, everyone should have a pistol-round carbine...way too much fun and cheap to shoot.

mine is an uzi model B (semi-auto)
i've SBR'd it and installed a mossad II suppressor, and it is bad-arse

Isn't the Glock 22 the full auto one?

Think the G18 is the full auto, but they may be a pain to get.

Impossible to get in the United States, legally. None were imported before ban.

they are perfectly legal to acquire, with ATF sign-off, for LE/military/govt agency, or as a class3 dealer sample. they have never been available to private citizens legally under any circumstances or prior law/import policy

If you want a folding stock SA rifle, I suggest the kel-tec SU-16.

It isn't that expensive either.

I hope this helps, Napoleon.

That's really cool and I'm not really a big glock fan.

The ONLY correct answer here is the KelTec PMR 30

.22 Magnum, 30 Round mag that doesnt stick out a foot below the bottom of the grip, and best of all shoots one hell of a flame out the barrel after each shot which alone should scare off any would-be carjackers

I'll never understand why people buy .22 pistols.

So your telling me that having more than 7 rounds per perp (in the 4-1 scenario) is less devastating than having less than 4 rounds per perp with a typical 9 mm?
Figure over half your rounds probably wont hit their intended target due to adrenaline, nerves, whatever.
Now its , in a good scenario, each perp getting one round of 9mm vs 3 1/2 rounds of 22 mag (defensive load of course)

What sounds more advatageous to winning this outcome?
