The meopta will probably have the best glass of those three.
That being said I have an older Conquest and an older meopta. The glass is much better in the meopta.
Zero experience with the Vortex

If it’s the older made in the us conquest, you’ve got two meopta. I’m surprised the optical prescription is different.

I have a viper hst and sitting next to my podnuhs zeiss the zeiss is a clear winner. I think he has a v4 either way I would go zeiss if it’s in the budget of the two. Can’t speak to the meopta

300Win for out west.
I already own the scopes so not buying a new one so no need to tell me to go buy a Swarovski

Do any of them have any particular feature you want like a certain reticle or turret or anything?

AliExpress or Alibaba….Schmidt and Bender. ……when you get it in, come back and thank me. 5x20x56 or the 5x25x56. Insane quality and exceptional prices

Not really, they are all similar in power, size, and reticle.
Just trying to go with the most quality of the three.

I occasionally read scope reviews and they have all sorts of optical terms that I'm not interested in learning about. Since you already own them and optically one doesn't jump out as being better than the other two the best way I found to compare the glass quality is side by side at dusk. Find some trees in the distance and look at how the scopes resolve the individual leaves at the same magnification. They may be fuzzy around the edges or they may be sharp; there's your winner. Also check out the eye box; how much can you move your eye position without getting black around the edges?
If you're going to be dialing shots that's another story; you need to do a box test. I don't hunt at those distances but they're not complicated.

That is a good idea.
I am planning on looking into custom dials for whichever I go with.

If by exceptional you mean exceptionally high.

$3,699

I'd go with the lightest one

That is the other comparison I do plan on doing.

No experience with the others, but I have the Vortex on my .270
Haven't had any issues thus far and it's killed plenty of deer. Would be interested to see how it faired in the west, not sure it would have enough power...
Regardless, it has been a great scope for what I do. I hunt in LA, MS, and AR.

If you're going to dial in shots then definitely do a box test first; no sense wasting custom dials on a scope that doesn't box accurately. It's not always a focus of the manufacturer because a lot of hunters, especially in the SE, never use it.

If you own them all already, you should be able to compare them side my side and tell us which one is the winner. Am I thinking wrong here?

I can and will but there are things that I can't test for that it will see in the field. Hence for asking the board. One may easily be knocked off zero, fog up, etc. Sitting on a bench looking at best low light is just one piece.
