Chinqs are pretty awesome, but nothing beats a whole fresh fried flounder for me

Reds are definitely my favorite to catch.

Probably the best tasting fish dish, but redfish is still my favorite to eat because their are more ways to cook it.

Reds are my favorite to catch, but I don't care to eat them at all. The only ones I want to eat are less than 16" and I have to throw them back

Over 18 and its goin back in the drink.

I seriously don't. They're a pain in the arse to clean and I don't find them all that great. I HATE cleaning redfish. I love catching them but I hate cleaning em.

Then you're doing it wrong. Just give em to me then.

What's to clean? Filet them. If you don't want to work hard, leave the scales on and grill the filet on the half shell. Redfish are easy.

Is there a reason you prefer chicken over bulls?

Not at all, I just like catching them on light tackle. They make one hell of a mess though
