Eschette's in houma. A true mom and pop place. He sells bait in the front and does fish/ deer cleaning in the back and then theres a little side room where she does dog cleaning. He has hours of operations on the door but he is usually there early in the morning cleaning fish so you can just ask and he'll open the shop for you.

i would like to know the percentage of people working in the sports section in wal-mart thatif you walk in and ask them a legit question about a lure, bait, rod/reel, etc.. that would have a a real answer that wouldn't be accompanied by a Eli Manning face*

I got that look at Bass Pro the last time I was in NW. La.

Anyone been to that maniacal looking Bait Shop in Krotz Springs. I've always wanted to stop in there, but I have never located the door from the road. Fraid I'll wonder into some backwoods bait rape.

it's been that way consistently at every single BPS and Cabela's i've been in the past three of four odd years with the exception of the Cabela's in Gonzalez, the guy working the reel counter knew his stuff fairly well

Back in a certain era, crime was at an all time high here and the ole boy got tired of getting broken into. It's so much better now.

Right about Terry's. Great guy and good friend of mine. If you miss Terrys check out Coastal Bait and Tackle.

I really like going to coastal bait & tackle. Nice folks there.

I really like every bait shop I go to. At BSM Karen and Glen are always really nice to talk to. I use Bait Inc most often, and the lady there is very friendly as well.
