Even after Nadler admitted in open committee that the intent was to remove guns "in common usage"? That will last about 2 seconds before it gets tossed.

But it also shows Democrats don't give a shite about the rule of law. SCOTUS be damned, they're going to come after your guns.

Fortunately they're too darn stupid to keep their mouths shut. This wont be the first time laws have been tossed because some Biden useful idiot blabbed about the real reason for the legislation off the record but got overheard.

There is literally a bill that is probably about to be voted on in the house that would ban AR’s. I would probably call the “panic buying” justified. But I also wish those same people would have took 5 minutes to call their reps before the vote potentially gets passed.

I’m not going to take anything for granted that something will or won’t pass.

This bill clearly bans a firearm in common use, and the Supreme Court just said you can’t ban firearms in common use. Nadler admitted it in a hearing.

Its justified.

They'll come for AR's. They're too dumb to realize they aren't "assault weapons."

well they have the rino democrats mcconnel, graham, collins, murkowski, romney, and a few others, so thats more dem votes that will be voting with the 50 named democrats they already have

its DOA when it gets to SCOTUS but they know this. this is a mid term talking point so they can say look how i voted, vote me back into office because i voted for or against this

no way this gets voted on if it wasnt a fake issue just for getting mid term votes

More than that. It will be used to justify future actions against the SCOTUS.
