Enclose the deer with a 10’ high fence.

Hunt him at night when your neighbor is sleeping.

Just for information...whats your address and where does this buck hang out. Asking for a friend.

Dude just STFU and hunt hard. Only go to your neighbor if you shoot the deer and it runs across the property line.
If you go to the neighbor to ask him NOT to shoot a deer that comes onto his property, at best he’s going to think you’re an entitled prick for even making such a request.
At worst, some combination of him refusing to grant you permission to enter his property to retrieve a shot deer that ran across the property line. Or that he starts hunting hard on that side of the property trying to get the deer himself.
How do you know he doesn’t already have the same deer on his cameras and just didn’t tell you? I know if I had a good one on camera that I really wanted to shoot, the last thing I would do is start telling people that hunt in the same area about it. You’re just encouraging more people to hunt for the same buck.

Have to assume this is a troll. If not, I really hope the neighbor blasts him tomorrow.

Do you have some nifty name for him like "Titan" or "Stickers"?

Very strong odds your neighbor has pictures of the same deer.

Shot him this afternoon at 4:15 and didn’t run 30 yards, my biggest buck to date. He will be somewhere between 155-160” which is very rare for this part of the area I’m in. My neighbor texted me asking if that was me that shot. He came over at dark and helped me load him and congratulated me. He had his first picture of him Thursday night at 10:42 and just assumed he was traveling through bc that was first he’d seen of him. Thanks for some of the opinions that were given and didn’t mean to sound like an entitled prick which I guess it came across as. I will not be able to sleep tonight

good thing you never had a chance to ask him to not shoot "your" deer.
If someone asked me that I'd never have any respect for them

Yes, and when you get to drinking beers around the fire you can tell them him the story about you asking TD how to ask him not to shoot your buck
