These are all coordinated in numerous places in the United States. The Military is claiming that it is to “train” on urban warfare as well as complete requirements for “drills” that are supposed to be conducted annually for the Department of Homeland Security. The problem with it is, as one veteran told us, is that they have entire “mock” cities specifically designed for this already.

Today probably not. Over time maybe.
Little by little new laws and order are put in place. People get used to them. New members sign up for the military and before you know it going againt a civilian could be the norm.
Who would have thought police officers would tear up a house and arrest a man for a spent casing? In DC the ones in control have no problem doing so. So, what is next.

so you think its a bunch of actors driving around in the boat... or maybe some guys in the navy and shite... think about it.... I don't know what the boats are or what the hell else they were doing but i know they went into eden isles to pick up someone from a house.

Well that is one way to enforce no wake zones...

Those boats are from Stennis and I see them everyday. I can go take a photo of some right now if you want.
So what they were in Slidell? Do they have to explain what they are doing to citizens? It could have a been a spotting exercise where a commander put a (terrorist) cutout of someone on one of those porches and they had to spot it, in preparation for who knows what. They don't have to tell me what they are doing, assuming it's to control the US population is insane.
ETA: That's not in response to your 'fact' posted, you were just the last person in the thread when I replied.

I have seen them in Wastehouse. Back by Perch Lake. While hunting the backs back there I found full Silhouette targets all along the bank. I was just hoping that they would not return while I was hunting the bank
I am sure htey only live fired when no one was out there. Right?

I'm not sure where they are allowed to live fire, but I assumed it was only in the East Pearl river basin area. I mean who really is going to complain (how would you even do that) if they expand their range a bit?
The battalions that train here are off to war as soon as they're done, boats and support vehicles and all, so I hope they get in every ounce of training that will help. They sure look like badasses so I'm glad they are on our side.

This. When the conspiracy theorists start talking about martial law and all of that crap, they seem to forget that those who would be called upon to enforce martial law are our own fellow citizens. Think about everyone you know in the military - can you really imagine them turning on their own family, friends, and neighbors to institute martial law? And I would think that most people who voluntarily joined the military tend to be a little more patriotic than the average guy. Comparing it to police officers who overstep their boundaries is unrealistic, because officers tend to have a preconceived notion of guilt against those whose rights they violate. I do agree that soldiers will follow orders they disagree with to a certain extent, especially against those they are fighting (e.g., Vietnam stories). But Americans will not be overrun by their fellow Americans. I find the whole idea comical.

Today yes. But tomorrow? Over time things become normal. People sign up knowing what the normal actions are. Little by little things become normal and those that do not like it do not sign up. Those spots will be filled by someone else and before we know it it is too late.
Just saying. Never say never
Other than that I bet those guys could pull some serious MILF action in those canals and if they are deployed soon

Yeah, I'll go ahead and stick with "never" on this one.

This is ludicrous. I have a VERY close family member that works for DHS and I have visited the facilities where they train. There is a mock city in Glynco, GA but it is for training against active shooter scenarios and snipers. They NEVER practice acting against U.S. citizens. There are also no "annual drills". Complete and utter bullchit.

Are we just not gonna worry about this? Nothing to see here?

What are you worried about? Where would you have them train?

Why? He hasn't posted anything uptight in this thread, at least not in the last few pages that I've read.

WWL-TV reported this evening that a Navy spokesperson at Stennis says it was a "long range navigation exercise"
