I would be happy to organize the golf.
*We will need to decide the format of the tourney, and we can then negotiate the tee times, green fees, & lunch for the day of the event.
*We will need to decide if we plan to drive sponsorships (hole, team, etc) to generate revenue. If so, some corporate entities will want the event to be a tax-deductable charity. Are we planning that, or just donate $ and we give it to a family?
*We will need to decide if we will accept donated items as tournament gifts... Or will all donations need to be cash form and will go towards the chosen family.
We cannot decide an entry fee until our cost per player to Black Bear is on paper. At that time, we can decide individual player, team entry fee, and sponsorship levels.

Example at a 4 Man Scramble.
