Well there isn't much to arrange right now except an account for the registration fees to go into. But I kinda wanted some of the CPA's and legal folks to get involved.

You still have the money and list of people who paid for cabins?

Well I have the paypal and emails showing who I got payments from. I only have about half of the spots filled for the cabins, so I pretty much recouped the 50% deposit.

I think OBers have every cabin rented that weekend. If needed we could probably sneak in tents also

Richard, What weekend is this again?

Chopique, at deer or for practice?

I'm sure it will work out for him.

I'm sure we can find somewhere for him to fling an arrow. I need some of the OBE charter members to get with me on structuring this event

Yes there are. You can send payment to Ejwcamps@gmail.com via PayPal. I forgot how much it was though. Seems like it was 30.

I will help you and round up all the help we need. This thread was bumped after Fish mentioned in kayak thread had good time and hoped another OBGT would be scheduled for maybe Sept. Reminded him of this one already scheduled for 2d weekend Oct. It's for all the great folks who helped Josey at the Monroe benefit in December to get together again and add all those who couldn't make it . Whiskey Richard wanted to keep that OB comradarie/ getting together for a good cause going. Josey's wife and kids were so blessed by the OB it was decided the proceeds from this annual OBGT would go to another child or children who recently lost a father like Josey at a young age who could use some help or more importantly would have their hurt soothed some by knowing lots of folks care about them and their dad.
