I just read a story on MS Sportsman.com about a guy killing two bucks over 160 on back to back days. I would have to say that is one of the most impressive deer hunting accomplishments in the state of Mississippi in a long time. The story of how he killed them was pretty cool too. I have always heard good things about the Woodville area, but that was really impressive.

160s in Woodville is not the norm, its heyday was some years back.

Dolorosa Hill had great hunting in the 80s-90s. Has that changed?

Article says he killed them in Adams county,

Which is geographically close to Woodville but genetically completely different (both deer and humans)

Was thinking the same thing reading it. Adams county makes much more sense.

Would definitely know how to fabricate a story.

I don’t care if he killed them on the courthouse steps, that’s an awesome two days of hunting.

Didn’t a nice buck come from behind the wallmarks in Ruston last year 2018?
We have some city limits deer in chuck but nothing like those specimens.

Amazing how many big bucks are killed every year in suburban and residential areas.
