I'll be an alternate and fill a spot if needed. Probably won't get to hunt as much as you guys, but on my trips I will hope to produce from my rice / bean field near Stuttgart and timber from the White River.

So as I read it Spoonies don't count but Blue Bills do? Jacks don't count but Blue Bills do?
Where I hunt Blue Bills are coyote food. Spoonies are gumbo and Jacks are complete junk. But, they all count against the limit prescribed by the government.
To me, if it counts against the "duck" limit it should warrant points. We should count Spoonies, Jacks and Blue Bills and every other "duck" that we can legally kill.
