Thoughts on age of deer

Ok after first getting pics of this deer I was leaning toward an exceptional 2.5 but after getting pics of him with what I'm assuming to be a really good 1.5 year old I'm now leaning to 3+. I know its always a guessing game but thought it would be worth letting others guess.

I would have guessed 3.5 before reading the OP. I think you're right.

4, the neck line goes all the way down to the brisket. Slight sway in the back. But still has longer legs.
The one in the back is 2 all day.

3.5. Would let it grow and see what it does next year

Meateater had a biologist on one podcast and said that hunters accurately aging bucks from pictures is laughable.
Having said that, it’s clearly a 3.5 year old.

I would think that the same biologist would say that there was no way that the deer in question is 1.5 and no way he is 9.5.
The smaller deer I would guess is not 1.5 just because not many places have the nutrition to get them to a 8pt at 1.5. So I say the younger deer is 2.5 and the bigger is 3.5 or maybe even 4.5 with poor genitics and poor food.
After that it’s then when you see one that looks like an old lab that’s about to die at 14 and he looks rough and sagging and just downright old well that a 8.5to 11.5yr old

Thanks for all the help guys. I'm mostly self taught as a hunter and only really got serious about deer hunting about 7 years ago so I'm always looking to hear what more knowledgeable people have to say.
The reason I went 1.5 is that for this farm the 2.5's normally are quite a bit more advanced than this one seems to be. Maybe he is just a late born but there have only been a few 2.5 mistakes made in the last 5 years but they looked more like this. All deer ages were verified by biologist.
2.5s
And a couple 3.5s for comparison
Oh and a reference point on frame of the deer because they always kind of surprise me in person when I walk up to them. These 2 pics were taken about 18 hours apart. Plus who doesn't like a little horn porn.

That second picture is so good you'd think it was fake on first glance.

What part of Arkansas are you hunting?
Edit: a weak 3.5 would be my guess
