Sorry for your loss.

Everyone has grandparents, but not everyone has a papaw (or paw paw), if you know what I mean.

I lost my papaw in 1988. I still think about him all the time. Hope you find the discharge papers.

Check the local court house. He could of filed his DD214 papers there. That is his discharge papers.

sorry for your loss neck. i deal with the VA often and you can request his dd214 or discharge papers from the Local VA.

Sorry to hear that, neck. I lost my paw paw last year a few months before my wedding. Lost a 5 year battle to Colon cancer. Not a day goes by that I don't think about that sweet man. to you paw paw
