Congrats. I'm enjoying my last fire at my house tonight. We move next weekend. Had the in laws over today and grilled sausage, squash, mushrooms, drumsticks, and bacon and cream cheese burgers. I'm all alone with my dog sittin by the fire drinking some Ultras. Life is good, friends.

Been laid up all damn day. Woke up at 8 this morning with an, "Oh frick, I need to puke" feeling. Been coming out both ways all day and feels like I have a sinus infection/flu. Weird shite because I felt perfectly fine when I went to sleep at 3. Haven't felt this bad in 10 years

Heading to Houston for work, pickup some boudin balls and wraps from Billy's.
I did get to watch a Kayak come untied from a SUV on I10 in Beaumont, Tx and get ran over by a 18 wheeler. The 18 wheeler almost flip over. The trailer went on two wheels from trying to avoid the kayak.

Had some baked catfish with teryaki glaze and cream cheese grits with a salad on the screened porch tonight. I heard 4 different bullfrogs at the pond across the road. Gigging time is closing in. GA lets us gig them with no limit. Going to introduce the boy to frog killing this year. Hope to not offend Bossier and Al Gore by taking frogs and contributing to global warming.

Grilled cheap steak and leftover crawfish. Enjoyed the afternoon weather with some good beer after yard work. Was a good day.
