If you have a primary care doc, call him in the morning and see if he can squeeze you in. If not, go to a local quick care but make sure you give them a good history. It's tough to do anything with "oh I just randomly found this on my ankle." If you were outdoors, fishing, swimming, cleaning out the garage, etc let them know that.

I had a tick bite once on my lower leg, looked just like that. I pusses out and went to the dermatologist. He had to cut off my foot.

But seriously, I do remember a friend in high school having a mark that was very similar to that. It was a spider bite. His was a little swollen though. but looked very much the same.

I drew a circle around it last night at 7, as of this morning it is still the same size.
I got 10 days of antibiotics last night. I am going to take them and try to ride it out before I go to the doctor and they want to cut my foot off.
