You could most likely tell cotton mouth simply from that head angle/position even if just a silhouette. Classic cotton and not sure any water snakes ever do that.

Most people will assume it's a cotton mouth, but more than likely it's a Water Moccasin. They're harmless and should be caught barehanded for sport.

Definitely a cottonmouth. There is no doubt unless the pictures was taken on Mars.

Florida Cottonmouths are generally so much prettier than our cottonmouths here in LA.
